Senior Front-End Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Front-end Engineer with +5 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping ideas and user feedback into delightful experiences, developing and implementing user interface components using the latest React concepts and workflows, and leading the engineering efforts for user-facing features. You will work with our Product and User Experience teams to deliver end-to-end features that deliver business value and that users love.Our client makes trust-building in business relationships effortless. As a result, compliance becomes habitual, simple to understand and implement, and continuously verifiable so businesses gain transparency into compliance status.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the User Experience and Product teams to create end-to-end designs for new featuresTake ownership of product features from design, implementation, and delivery, to post-delivery feedback and follow-up workCoordinate development efforts across team members and ensure successful deliveryArchitect, develop, and implement highly-responsive user interface components using Java Script and ReactProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorshipTroubleshoot interfaces and debug applicationsMonitor and improve end-to-end performanceCommunicate with and support our customers, and help find and build solutions to their problemsRequired ExperienceExcellent English communication skills5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer writing single-page applications that communicate with API backends, and knowledge of Java Script, CSS, and HTMLExcellent troubleshooting skills and experience with browser-based debugging and performance-testing softwareA well-developed understanding of frontend concepts and various frameworksA focus on delivering value to customersGreat listening skills and a willingness to understand what your customers and team members need to be successfulA collaborative approach, a can-do attitude, and a relentlessness in pursuing goals and solving problemsA willingness to learn from others and admit when you've made a mistakeDesired ExperienceUniversity degree in computer sciences/engineering or related fieldNode.js and Python experienceAdditional InformationKnowing your ideas are heard and matter, think bigYou get to own your job and be recognized for your contributionsWork with smart and creative peopleMaking mistakes is human.
