Business Development Representative Job DescriptionAbout our mission:We connect companies with highly qualified talent.Our goal is to make it easy for clients to access international digital talent and quality international talent to access US companies that need their skills.Sales Business Development Job Overview:Pursue new business opportunities with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil.Buildd and leverage professional networks to secure meetings with key decision-makers (C-level, Directors, IT & HR leaders).Effectively present and position IDP's services using sales materials and pitch decks.Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.This role requires a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, an established network of corporate clients in Brazil (mid/large companies), self-starters with entrepreneurial mindsets, ability to work independently, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong sales background with experience working in Brazil.Established network of corporate clients in Brazil.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a growing company.Competitive salary and benefits package.Chance to develop your sales skills and career.
