Sales Business Development Job Overview: Pursue new business opportunities with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil. Buildd and leverage professional networks to secure meetings with key decision-makers (C-level, Directors, IT & HR leaders). Effectively present and position IDP's services using sales materials and pitch decks. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. This role requires a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, an established network of corporate clients in Brazil (mid/large companies), self-starters with entrepreneurial mindsets, ability to work independently, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong sales background with experience working in Brazil. Established network of corporate clients in Brazil. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
