CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) StrategistWe're a fast-growing digital marketing agency that partners with brands to drive meaningful growth through high-performing strategies and smart execution.We work across Shopify and other eCommerce platforms, with a team of talented marketers, developers, and designers who bring campaigns to life.The RoleWe're looking for a part-time CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Strategist to join our team and lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of CRO initiatives for our clients.You'll identify growth opportunities, design and run A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance across landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.What You'll DoAudit websites and funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvementDesign, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate testsUse tools like Convert, Hotjar, GA4, and Shopify to gather insights and measure outcomesCreate CRO roadmaps and testing plans for client accountsCollaborate with our designers, developers, and marketers to implement winning variationsDeliver insights and performance reporting to internal teams and clientsWhat You BringProven experience in CRO strategy and execution (agency or eCommerce experience is a must)Strong knowledge of CRO tools: Convert, Hotjar, GA4, ShopifyAnalytical and data-driven mindset with a bias toward testing and iterationSolid understanding of UX principles, buyer psychology, and funnel performanceComfortable working independently and with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBonus If You HaveExperience working with eCommerce brands on ShopifyFamiliarity with tools like Klaviyo, Google Optimize, or VWOCopywriting chops for CRO testingWhy Join Us?Work with a team that values smart testing, collaboration, and performanceFlexible hours and 100% remoteOpportunity to make a measurable impact on client success#J-*****-Ljbffr
