Brazil Sales Leader - Detalhes da Vaga. ? Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth. ? Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability Requirements 6+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the FX/CFDs industry Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams Strong network of IBs and affiliates in Brazil Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Portuguese language proficiency What We Offer Remote role with flexible working arrangements Attractive salary package, including sky-high commissions Opportunity to work with a trusted, regulated broker Potential for personal and professional growth .
