Job Title: Thermal Imaging Pre-Sales Engineer (Brazil Focus) Location: Based in Brazil, with travel across brazil What You Will Do: Provide technical pre-sales support for thermal imaging solutions in Brazil.Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to thermal imaging products.Conduct product demonstrations, customer training sessions, and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations.Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new partners.Collaborate closely with local sales teams and global R&D departments to design tailored solutions.Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to drive product improvements and market strategy adjustments.Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of technical pre-sales experience in thermal imaging , CCTV, or security solutions.Proven ability to support thermal camera projects, including demonstrations and technical troubleshooting.Strong client management skills with a focus on organizational and business awareness.Ability to analyze market trends and produce actionable reports for sales and R&D teams.Outgoing, proactive personality with a customer-first mindset.Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with cutting-edge thermal imaging technology.Dynamic role involving regional travel and exposure to diverse industries.Collaborative environment with global teams to innovate solutions for local markets.
