###### JOB DESCRIPTIONAs Business Management you will provide support to the business strategy, optimizes performance by influencing decision making, enables execution of strategic initiatives, and helps ensure the business operates within a sound control environment. Business Managers act as trusted advisors and counterweight to the Business Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.###### Job Responsibilities:Preparing Business Reviews at local and regional levels; preparing financial reports & analysis; overseeing & assisting in the implementation of local country risk strategyWorking on strategic plans, projects & initiativesSupporting the CEO in general demands and requestsConducting franchise-wide expense and efficiency initiatives, elaborating budgets and overseeing institutional expensesOrganizing events & committees; overseeing institutional governance & regulatory demands; coordinating local Operating CommitteePartnering with multiple areas in the bank (Front Office, Strategy, Risk, Finance/Controllers, Compliance, Legal, Events, Communications and other functions) to conduct institutional agendaOrganizing quarterly SCO Town Halls; supporting senior visitors agenda (preparing materials, briefings etc)Guiding local communications strategy (internal corporate communications, social media and external media) and preparing institutional materials and presentationsSupporting initiatives of the philanthropic & people agendasIdentifying and resolving issues and risks that impact the business, liaising closely with firm wide risk, control, and legal & compliance functions###### Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:7+ years of experience in relevant business and/or program management rolesMinimum Bachelor's degreeFluent in EnglishRobust understanding of financial products, corporate structure and decision-making processesStrong project management & organizational skills: coordinating and managing multiple initiatives (robust time management) and navigating the organization across seniorities and functions; problem-solving skillsTeam-work & proactivenessStrategic thinking & great analytical skills; holistic thinkingGreat communications skills (verbal & written): ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and succinctlyExcellent analytical and critical thinking: proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasetsProficient in building high-impact management presentations in PowerPointAttentive to detailsCreative & innovative thinking###### ABOUT USJ.P.
