About the position
We are seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team.
As part of the Revenue department, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions, automations, AI agents and data pipelines that power our Go-to-Market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, enabling efficiency, scalability, and intelligence in our revenue processes.

Your Impact
Design, build, and maintain integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success platforms, and Billing systems;
Develop and manage data pipelines (ETL) to ensure high-quality, reliable data for dashboards and advanced analytics;
Build and deploy AI-driven solutions to support the Go-to-Market engine (e.g., predictive forecasting, churn/upsell triggers, copilots for sales and CS);
Implement and optimize automations to improve efficiency across GTM (eg, lead routing, forecasting, account scoring, and customer health tracking);
Ensure data governance, documentation, and scalability of technical solutions;
Collaborate with RevOps analysts, Enablement, Sales, BDR and Marketing to deliver business value through technology.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience with system integrations via APIs and webhooks;
Proven experience creating AI agents and using MCP;
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python or Node.js and SQL;
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar);
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay or equivalent);
Experience with data warehouses and ETL (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt or similar);
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and listening).
Bonus Points
Previous experience in SaaS B2B companies in scale-up stage;
Knowledge of sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN);
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in revenue or customer-facing processes;
Familiarity with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
Experience with Customer Success Operations metrics (NPS, churn, health score).
