AsPrivacy Senior Analyst, your mission will be tolead strategic privacy initiatives across EBANX's global operations, ensuring compliance with international data protection regulations while driving innovation in emerging technologies like AI governance.You will also be responsible for:Leading comprehensive privacy risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for projects across the organizationEnsuring compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, LGPD, and other applicable regulations) across multiple jurisdictions in LATAM, Africa, and AsiaConducting contract reviews for privacy clauses and leading vendor privacy assessments for strategic partnershipsDeveloping AI governance frameworks and conducting AI Impact Assessments for emerging technology implementationsDesigning privacy training programs for technical and business audiences across international operationsServing as strategic facilitator between technical and business areas for privacy requirements coordinationMain requirements for this position:Data protection and privacy courses or formal trainingAdvanced knowledge of LGPD, GDPR, and international privacy regulationsAdvanced English proficiency for global stakeholder managementStrong analytical and research skills with ability to find solutions for unprecedented privacy challengesExperience in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder managementBackground in contract negotiation and partners and vendor managementWhat else would we like to see?
