Se você é movido por desafios, valoriza a inovação e acredita no poder de um atendimento de excelência, queremos te conhecerEstamos buscando **Customer Success Manager (CSM) Júnior**para se juntar à nossa equipe. ?**Principais responsabilidades**:- Ser o mediador entre a empresa e o cliente, mantendo um contato ativo e um relacionamento positivo;- Realizar reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento e orientação;- Analisar dados e tendências de mercado da Revenda;- Propor estratégias para potencialização e/ou recuperação de performance;- Elaborar playbooks e treinamentos, conduzir fóruns e reuniões;- Analisar e avaliar indicadores de performance e resultados (ex. ?: Índice de Fidelidade, NPS, Healthscore) dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e pontos de atenção de sua carteira;- Identificar e mitigar o risco de churn, bem como realizar sua renegociação e redução;- Estimular Upsell e Cross sell;- Transformar seus clientes em embaixadores da solução ClubPetro. ?**Requisitos necessários**:- 6 meses (mínimo) de experiência em Customer Success, Atendimento ao Cliente B2B, Gestão de Contas ou áreas correlatas;- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento;- Capacidade de se organizar, aprender com erros e adaptar-se a mudanças sem perder o engajamento;- Comunicação assertiva, tanto com clientes quanto com times internos;- Habilidade para lidar com clientes desafiadores, reclamações e situações de crise;- Familiaridade com métricas de sucesso do cliente;- Familiaridade com planilhas, gráficos e relatórios para análise de dados. ?**Diferenciais**:- Especializações e certificações em CS, CX, Gestão de Projetos ou Negócios;- Experiência com produtos SaaS e/ou empresas de tecnologia. ?**Benefícios**:- Salário a combinar;- Vale-alimentação;- Vale-Transporte ou Vale-Combustível;- Planos de saúde e odontológico;- Remuneração variável;- PLR. ?.
