Job Type: Full-time, ContractLocation: Remote (LATAM)About HuzzleAt Huzzle, we connect exceptional B2B sales professionals with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech.Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you're hired in-house as a valued member of their team.Job SummaryWe're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience to join a high-growth team focused on launching into the LATAM market.The ideal candidate is comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day, qualifying leads, and driving top-of-funnel activity for Account Executives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct 80+ cold calls daily to engage potential B2B clients in the LATAM region.Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set meetings and ensure lead quality.Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.Iterate messaging and outreach strategies to optimize results.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative.Proven success in outbound calling and lead generation.Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.Strong communication and objection-handling skills.Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a remote environment.RequirementsAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B sales or SDR roles, ideally in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification.Demonstrated success in hitting outreach targets and generating sales-qualified leads through high-volume outbound calls.Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.Comfortable using sales tools like CRM's, dialers and prospecting tools Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.Benefits Competitive Salary: Base pay + performance-based commission structure Work From Anywhere: 100% remote setup with flexible hours.Growth Opportunity: Join a rapidly expanding company and accelerate your sales career with clear advancement paths.Huzzle Community: Be part of a dynamic, collaborative sales team focused on high performance.
