System Engineer PositionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced system engineer to join our team.As a system engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality systems that meet the needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement high-performance systems using Rust programming language.Act as a technical leader on client projects and independently design robust, scalable, and memory-safe solutions.Champion best practices and elevate the engineering bar for mission-critical applications.Must-Have Skills:Expert-level proficiency in Rust programming language, including deep understanding of Ownership Model, Borrow Checker, Lifetimes, Traits, and Macros.Strong background in systems programming concepts, including multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance-critical application development.Extensive experience with asynchronous programming in Rust, particularly using frameworks like Tokio and understanding async/await nuances.Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.Proficiency with Rust toolchain, including Cargo, and strong experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with track record of tackling complex architectural and coding challenges.Nice-To-Haves:Ideal experience working with video processing related projects with real-time systems and web containers.Ideal experience utilizing WebRTC, real-time system response, publishing on multiple platforms.Why You'll Love This RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and make a significant impact on our clients' success.You will have the chance to work with a talented team of engineers, learn from their experiences, and contribute your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.Our company culture values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, providing a supportive environment for you to grow professionally and personally.
