Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and enhance our real-time data systems.As a key member of our team, you will handle alert and incident management, problem resolution, and system improvements, ensuring uptime and performance for global trading and data services.Key Responsibilities:Resolve data quality issues, including root cause analysis and vendor management.Support on-call, incident management, problem, and change management.Ensure optimal accuracy and timeliness of data in real-time by implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Collaborate with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience, enriching the team's capability and providing high-quality services.L2 Alert Management: Manage alerts requiring knowledge for resolutions, create and/or update resolutions into knowledge bases, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules.Incident Management: Manage the incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change Management: Manage the process of making production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates, content, software changes, and upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams.Other responsibilities include Release Management, Event Management, User support, and Reporting.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles.Highly skilled in Linux System Administration.Experience in Windows operating systems.Scripting proficiency (Bash and/or Python preferred).Experience with networking and connectivity skills, e.g., multicast, routing, switches, TCP/IP.Good communication and oral and written English skills are a must.Understanding of ITIL Foundation and IT Best practices.Prior experience in banking, investment, or other financial IT environments is advantageous.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with ITRS Geneos, EXEGY (Wombat/Vela), or Market Data platforms (Refinitiv TREP/RTDS, Bloomberg).Familiarity with AWS ECS, AWS VPC, Google Cloud.Experience with GitHub/GitLab and automation pipelines.
