Senior IT Technical Recruiter Role OverviewA seasoned and accomplished recruiter is required to source, screen and place top technical talent in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.Develop strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, ATS mining, and cold calling.Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates efficiently.Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.Design scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.Act as a trusted representative, promoting professionalism and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.Requirements:3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
