Regional Site Partnership Associate – West Coast USAFull-timeMilestone One (MO1) is a Site Enabling Organization headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.We partner with clinical research sites to strengthen their operational capabilities and enable more efficient study delivery.Our mission is to empower community research sites and ensure they thrive as part of the evolving global clinical trial ecosystem.Position OverviewThe Regional Site Partnership Associate plays a key role in expanding Milestone One's network of clinical research sites across the United States.This role combines strategic business understanding with relationship development, focusing on identifying and engaging healthcare providers to join our growing network.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, build, and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers (private specialty clinics, small and mid-sized regional health centers).Collaborate with the Site Partnership Manager to expand Milestone One's presence and build regional networks aligned with company strategy.Actively promote MO1's brand and value proposition through outreach, relationship management, and participation in industry events.Conduct targeted outreach (on-going cold callings, virtual meetings, on-site visits) to engage decision-makers and present MO1's model and services.Represent Milestone One at regional and national medical or pharmaceutical conferences as required.Education:Bachelor's degree required; a background in Life Sciences or a related field is a plus.Experience & Competencies:Minimum of 4 years of experience in the clinical trials or healthcare industry (preferred).Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management involving medical institutions or clinical research sites.Strong ability to understand and translate business strategy and operational processes into clear, impactful communication for stakeholders and prospective partners.Demonstrated success in building trust-based relationships with clients, partners, or site representatives.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to balance independent work with collaborative team goals.Solid understanding of the clinical trial process, site requirements, and regulatory context.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online research.Valid driver's license (Category B).What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, international organization.A supportive environment that values innovation, trust, and collaboration.Competitive compensation and growth potential in a rapidly expanding company.Compensation:$60,000–$100,000 (base + commission, target-based)Location:Remote (US-based), with expected travel *****%Employment type:Full-timeJoin UsIf you're ready to use your expertise and relationship-building skills to strengthen the future of community research sites, join Milestone One — where your work has a direct impact on advancing clinical research globally.#J-*****-Ljbffr
