Join to apply for the Gerente Talent Acquisition role at Plural RH.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our HR team in Curitiba, focusing on structuring and optimizing large-scale Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure quick and accurate hiring.ResponsibilitiesLead Talent Acquisition efforts with a focus on high-volume hiring.Map and implement improvements in recruitment processes.Collaborate with managers to understand and meet hiring needs.Manage KPIs and ensure the quality of the selection process.Develop and lead the HR team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.RequirementsProven experience in high-volume recruitment (retail, logistics, industry, etc.).
Leadership experience as an HR manager, coordinator, or specialist.Good communication skills, business acumen, and results-oriented.Knowledge of recruitment tools, metrics, and indicators.OfferingsSalarial range: R$14,000 to R$18,000 + benefits.Dynamic environment with autonomy and room for innovation.Additional InformationLocation: Curitiba, PRType: Permanent – CLTFull-timeHierarchical level: ManagerMinimum QualificationsPostgraduate degree (Specialization/MBA).
