Senior Leadership OpportunityThis role offers a unique chance to take on a high-visibility senior leadership position with significant impact across Latin America.As a key member of our team, you will represent the company at events, exhibitions, and partner meetings, providing a platform to showcase your expertise and build relationships with industry leaders.About the Position:We are seeking an accomplished Business Director / Manager in Brazil to drive strategic partnerships, lead our team, and expand our influence in the region.The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the iGaming industry, thorough knowledge of the Brazilian and LatAm markets, and a proven ability to grow business relationships in a highly competitive space.Key Responsibilities:Develop and negotiate B2B iGaming partnerships across Brazil and Latin America.Identify potential partners and adjust strategies based on market changes and opportunities.Design and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to promote our slot game products effectively.Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behaviors to provide actionable insights that inform our growth strategy.Promote our slot game products effectively to partners, designing tailored solutions when needed.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Stay current with Latin American market dynamics and gaming regulations.Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events to build brand influence.Lead and motivate a regional team to enhance efficiency and performance.Requirements:Must be based in Brazil (Brazilian nationality preferred).Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).Established network/resources in the B2B iGaming industry within Latin America.Minimum 3 years' experience at a large B2B iGaming company in the region.Proven experience in partnership expansion, commercial negotiations, and market strategy.Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills.Willingness to travel occasionally across the region.Leadership and management experience is an advantage.Becoming part of this team means:High-impact, senior-level role with ownership of LatAm growth strategy.Exposure to international markets and opportunities to represent the brand globally.Collaborative and ambitious company culture focused on long-term growth.
