
Regional Payment Growth Manager

Job Description:
">- We are looking for a motivated Channel Manager to support our banking and payment partnership strategy in Latin America. This role will manage day-to-day partner relationships, support new card channel initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop, manage, and expand banking relationships across Latin America to support regional growth.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market.
- Coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
- Research and analyze jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America to support new market entry strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
- Provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
- Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
- Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also a must.
- Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
