About Our RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in this exciting opportunity.As a member of our technology division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Engineering: Assist with system design and engineering solutions using Microsoft CRM Azure features and .NET technologies.Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to understand and document business requirements.PoC and Solution Deployment: Perform proof-of-concept (PoC) for new business requirements and work closely with business users to convert the PoC into a working model.Process Improvement: Create process flows, system tasks, and customize and configure Microsoft CRM application as per designed artifacts.Project Management: Manage development and enhancement of Microsoft CRM applications, providing oversight to other developers in the team and reviewing their deliverables.Troubleshooting: Support Quality Assurance teams during testing and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.System Support: Support production systems and analyze/resolve business-critical issues within the SLA timeline.Tool Evaluation: Evaluate tools and technologies in the market that can improve business processes and benefit customers.Release Planning: Manage Dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to ensure main systems stay up-to-date.Environment Management: Create and manage Dynamics sandbox and production environments in Power Platform based on project needs.Design Review: Review implementation designs proposed by implementation teams and provide recommendations to ensure best practice guidelines are followed for Dynamics 365.Release Coordination: Plan and support Dynamics 365 releases with multiple divisions and apply changes.DevOps Pipelines: Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure them with various stage-based approvals.System Integration: Configure and manage integrated systems with D365 and Azure integrations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.Exposure to multiple diverse technologies and processing environments.Knowledge of all components of technical architecture.Azure..NET technologies.DevOps pipelines.Power Platform.Integration of D365 and Azure.Patch Release Management.Technical Leadership.Production Support.Governance Best Practices.English language proficiency.Benefits of Working with Us:We offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting good integration between your work and personal life with real flexibility.We are committed to your growth, offering learning and career development opportunities at all levels to help you find your unique brilliance.We offer comprehensive benefits to all employees and are certified as Great Place to Work and Top Employer in 17 countries.Our Commitment to Equality:We are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, disability, or genetic information, or any other protected classification in accordance with federal, state, and/or local laws.),
