Job DescriptionAbout UsCadence is a language services firm servicing the due diligence industry.We started in **** and serve expert networks, investment firms, consulting firms, and market research firms.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects daily.Projects can begin and end on the same day or span several weeks.MatchmakingIdentify the best linguist for the client's objective.Present linguists' experience relevantly.Recruit new linguists if necessary.Constantly evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.ExecutingSynchronize client(s) and linguist(s) expectations.Chaperone calls to ensure they begin successfully.Speak with clients after projects to ensure satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- Fluency in English.Additional fluency is a bonus.- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Independent and team-oriented environment capabilities.- Goal-oriented, driven, and motivated individual.BenefitsThe job offers remote work options with flexible working hours.Compensation includes salary based on experience, paid time off, health insurance, and annual professional development expenses.OthersThis role manages interpretation projects, not actual interpretation.
