Job Title: AI Expert - Search and RetrievalThe primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and optimize large-scale retrieval systems for search applications.
This will involve working on backend features, building and training machine learning models, and deploying them to production environments.This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence and search technology.
If you have expertise in search engineering, experience with OpenSearch, and a strong background in Python development, this could be the ideal role for you.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable search systems using OpenSearch and other relevant technologiesBuild and train machine learning models for search and retrieval applicationsDeploy models to non-prod environments and collaborate with DevOps teams for production rolloutRequirements:At least 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI EngineerStrong knowledge of search technology, including OpenSearch and related tools2+ years of Python development experience, including API creation, model training, and general backend programmingFamiliarity with LangChain for building LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrievalNice to Have Skills:Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, S3, etc.)Exposure to RAG architectures, specifically textual RAG use casesWhat We Offer:This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology and contribute to the development of innovative search solutions.
