Who we areKeeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan, a global giant in the delivery sector, and we're on a bold mission: to revolutionize food and consumer goods delivery around the world.Our motto is simple yet powerful:"We help people eat better, live better."With innovation and technology at our core, Keeta is expanding rapidly — with over 1,000 employees worldwide — andyou can be part of this global journey.About the positionWe are looking for aCompensation Manager - Sales Incentiveto join ourC&B team in Brazil.The Sales Incentive Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing sales compensation and incentive programs that attract, motivate, and retain top sales talent while aligning individual performance with organizational objectives.This role ensures competitive compensation structures, accurate calculations, timely payouts, and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.You will report directly to theC&B Lead in Braziland collaborate with a lean, high-impact team responsible for different business lines and strategic projects.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone comfortable operating inhigh-growth, 0?1 environments, balancing strategy, execution, and stakeholder management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop competitive, performance-driven sales incentive structures that align with business objectives and market benchmarks.Define clear, measurable KPIs and performance metrics that drive desired sales behaviors (revenue, quota attainment, customer acquisition, retention, etc.)Ensure compensation plans support corporate strategy, product launches, market expansion, and other strategic initiatives.Create comprehensive plan documentation including terms, conditions, payout formulas, and dispute resolution procedures.Oversee rollout of new or modified compensation plans, including communication, training, and system configuration.Clearly communicate compensation plans, changes, and payouts to sales representatives through presentations, documentation, and FAQsAct as a key contributor to cross-functional and global C&B projects, supporting the integration of global principles with local market needs.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in HR, Administration, Economics, or related fields.5+ years of experiencein Sales Incentive Compensation, preferably inmultinational companies.Strong knowledge ofBrazilian labor law, compensation principles, and union regulations.Excellentdata analysis skills, with advanced proficiency inExceland experience usingHRIS systems.Fluent English— this role requires frequent interaction with global teams.5x a week at the office (Morumbi).Nice to haveExperience working inChinese companiesor multicultural, Asia-influenced environments.Previous experience designingsales incentive plansfor commercial or growth teams.Interested in joining Keeta?Check out our open positionsWhen applying, your information will be securely stored and may be shared with Keeta and its global affiliates.?? ?locale=en-US
