Job Overview: As a Distributor Sales Manager you will work with the sales team in order to achieve excellent results in terms of Distribution (Sell-in, Sell thru and Sell-out), identify opportunities to improve capillarity and overall sell out, ensuring the best distribution.
Key Job Responsibilities: Build, by customer / partner, sales & execution plan: Sell-in, Sell-thru & Sell-Out Targets, Operational KPIs, S& OP, and ensuring compliance with these targets Lead regular meetings with customer to present targets, KPIs and define action plan to leverage results Relationship/interaction with all areas that interact with customers: Finance, Logistics, Sales Management, Legal, etc.
