- Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness through our Reservations Center.
- Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness indexes.
- Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools.
- Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
- Identify business opportunities for new products, offers, or services.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Education in tourism or a related field.
- Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
As a successful Account Manager, you will define goals, manage client portfolios, and execute expansion plans for assigned markets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
