The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
