The ideal candidate will be able to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for assigned markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong business relationships with hotels within the portfolio.
  • Optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
  • Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
  • Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools.
  • Provide advice on online marketing and direct sales.
  • Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Education in tourism or related field.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
