Account Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage client portfolios, execute expansion plans, and define business goals for assigned markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with hotel clients to drive business growth.
  • Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness through data-driven insights.
  • Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion rates and ensure high competitiveness indices for assigned hotels.
  • Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align products with agency network demand.
  • Advise on marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department heads.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
