As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. The successful individual will achieve quality targets, adhere to service level agreements and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email and other channels
  2. Manage administrative tasks efficiently
  3. Achieve set sales targets
  4. Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years sales experience in an outbound telesales environment
  2. Minimum 2 years knowledge of short-term insurance products; expertise in Discovery Insure is an advantage
  3. Proficiency in PC applications, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. Tertiary qualification is desirable
  5. NQF5 and RE5 certification

  3. Persuasiveness and sound time management skills
  4. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  5. Fluent English language skills (accent neutral)
