Sap Data Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Data Conversion Specialist to lead our SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities.As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data conversion process, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.You will work closely with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Key responsibilities include:Leading data conversion and testing cyclesEvaluating traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defectsProviding leadership and mentorship to other data team membersTracking and reporting data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issuesThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiBeyond technical skills, we seek candidates with:Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred skills include experience with data conversion tools and frameworks, familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies, and knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiWe offer:A collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork and growthOngoing professional development and opportunities for skill advancementOpportunities to work on diverse projects and contribute to company successA competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefitsJoin us and take your career to the next level
