As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.About the Role:You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide data solutions that meet their requirements.Your primary goal is to extract valuable information from large datasets, identify trends, and present your findings in a clear and concise manner.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau and other tools.Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends.Present your findings to stakeholders and gather feedback to improve your data solutions.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau and ensure seamless integration with other systems.Conduct technical training sessions to educate stakeholders on data analysis and visualization best practices.Maintain and document the operational environment to ensure data integrity and security.Develop and implement SQL Server Stored Procedures (SPs) and queries to support data analysis.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.Strong understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.Ability to model relational data and deliver commitments.Superior organizational skills and disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server.Advanced English language skills.
