Lead SAP Data Conversion SpecialistTransform your career with a leading IT Services company.This role involves overseeing the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.You will work closely with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Responsibilities include coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects, and providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role, and strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.A strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required for this position, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.The successful candidate will be able to track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership, and provide guidance on data conversion best practices and standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycleCoordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cyclesEnsure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defectsProvide leadership and mentorship to other data team members
