Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Regional Workforce Administration Manager to lead our workforce administration teams in delivering exceptional services.The successful candidate will oversee the management of retained WFA services, including benefits administration for regions outside of North America.They will also be responsible for driving continuous service delivery improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Lead regional teams of workforce administration professionals, providing coaching and managing performance.Oversee all retained WFA services, ensuring processes are properly documented, executed, and compliant with local government regulations.Drive continuous service delivery improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.Requirements:7+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with a strong focus on international environments.2+ years of experience in people management, including leading, coaching, and managing direct reports.In-depth knowledge of HR compliance requirements, employee data reporting, and Benefits Administration principles.Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with demonstrated experience using HRIS systems like Workday and case management tools.
