**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language.Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available by the end of the test.The RevOps function plays a very important role at Rock, supporting the Operations team and reporting to Sr.Manager of RevOps as part of the Ops organization.Your impact:- Ongoing reconciliation of actuals and forecast data to ensure accuracy and alignment with the contract.- Implementation of strategic advancements in SalesOps processes and key contribution towards system design and optimization for scalable improvements- Ownership of quarterly processing for sales bonuses, ensuring data accuracy and completion in a timely manner, as applicable- Facilitation of operational meetings with the Customer Success team.- Implementation of change management best practices in all projects- Collaboration in the preparation and presentation of QBRs and monthly analysis for key leadership stakeholdersWhat we're looking for:- Fluent English skills;- Experience with serving and supporting internal customers with excellence, which in turn supports external customers;- Excellent communication skills- General experience with continuous process improvement practices and concepts;What we offer:- Remote job- Flexible hours- Work-from-home allowance- Meal Allowance- Parents benefits- Health and Dental insurance- Volunteer paid time off- Birthday and work anniversary days off- LinkedIn Learning- Gympass- Being part of a dynamic, talented team distributed around the world- Making an impact in a global, established but scaling startup where you will see the results of your work helping to drive us forward- Continuous growth opportunities for our customers, talent community, and Rockers**Other benefits may be available according to your location.
