**Company Description**Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable.From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic and labelling is accurate.The Eurofins network of companies believes that it is a global leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical and cosmetic product testing and in discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and agroscience contract research services.It is also one of the market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, and in the support of clinical studies, as well as in biopharma contract development and manufacturing.It also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialised and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.The group's key figures are approximately: Turnover of 6.5 billion euros, more than 940 laboratories in 62 countries and around 62,000 employees.**Job Description** SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES**:****The Release Manager role will be responsible for deploying builds across the environment, on-boarding new environment, Handling transversal projects and create release management related document and share release plan with the stakeholders**- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality- Facilitate release activities across all releases, mainly with ensuring quality, timely deployments across environments- Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews with stakeholders- Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans- Participate in CAB meetings to present Production changes (RFCs)- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.- Weekly Release Reporting with Program release manager.- Own and continually improve the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve processes, able to recommend continuous improvements viz: automation.- Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels for smooth project execution.Enjoys managing complex projects involving challenges.**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:- English Language is mandatory to collaborate in a global environment, including writing, speaking and presenting.- Understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines- Good understanding of cloud deployment, preferably Azure and Agile practice- Knowledge on Deployment tool like Octopus- Knowledge on MS Project, Excel-Macros- Document Management for adhere to Audit Compliance process is an added advantage- 4 to 5 years of relevant release and deployment management experience- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards task completion- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills- Strong in troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.**Desired Technical Stack**:- Platforms : Windows, Linux.- Database : MSSQL- Ticketing Tools: Service now- Cloud Environment : MS Azure- CI and Build Deployment Tools : Octopus Deploy- Version Control Tool : Azure Devops- Monitoring tools : Grafana**Additional Information**Working hours:Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00 Hybrid Work
