Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, streamlining processes, and driving efficiency.The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to design, implement, and maintain automations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless workflows and high-quality results.About the RoleDevelop and manage complex automations using GoHighLevel and other digital tools.Create efficient onboarding sequences for new users, simplifying their experience and reducing support requests.Maintain a centralized knowledge base for copywriters, organizing and distributing valuable assets for easy access.Analyze performance data using Google Workspace and API integrations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and streamlined processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, agency environment, or similar roles.Strong technical skills, with proficiency in automation platforms, digital tools, and project management software.Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.Familiarity with copywriting, marketing funnels, and customer journey mapping (desired).
