Business Development Representative RoleCleverTap is a leading platform for increasing customer retention and lifetime value through contextual individualization, AI/ML-powered insights, and automation.Our clients trust us to achieve their retention and engagement goals and grow their long-term revenue.We are in hyper-growth mode, and this role is instrumental in keeping us on our upward trajectory.This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and looking to use this opportunity as a launchpad into outside sales.Responsibilities:Establish the Relationship: As the first point of contact for future clients, you will enthusiastically explain CleverTap's vision, pinpoint opportunities, and generate interest.Through lead-generation activities and cold-calling, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities.Customer and Industry Knowledge: Customers are at the heart of everything we do.As the first point of contact for future Enterprise clients, you will be building rapport through strategic outreach and a well-rounded customer and industry knowledge.Researching customers' business and staying informed on industry trends will be keys to your success.Collaborate with Team Members: You will collaborate with your team and Sales Executives to plan for success, pursue opportunities, recommend appropriate follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings.Communicating via Zoom and Slack is critical to maintaining a high-level of collaboration and clear communication within the team.Requirements:At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferable in a SaaS-based product companyFluent in EnglishDemonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales teamStrong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentationAptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accountsPromotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.Acts without being told what to do.Brings new ideas to the companyPreferred Skills:Fluency in SpanishExperience using Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plusKnowledge of MarTech solutionsMeasures of Success:Qualified leadsFunnel sizeConversion ratesCompetencies:Functional: Mobile marketing expertise, Martech understanding, Result oriented are desirableBehavioral: Problem Solving, Consultative selling, Communication and presentation skills, Negotiation SkillsReporting Structure: LATAM BDR Team LeadWhy Join Us?Be part of a global growth stage startup.Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters.Be passionate about technology and its impact on the high growth mobile technology space.Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities.
