**Are you based in Argentina, Brazil or El Salvador?**US Based Clients.Must be Proficient in English Written and Verbal Skills.Only Resume Written in English will be Accepted.We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team.As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our clients.Your main duties will include providing training and guidance to clients, assisting with the setup and configuration of our products/services, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.**Responsibilities**:Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding processAssist with the setup and configuration of our products/servicesEnsure client satisfaction by addressing any questions or concernsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding processTrack and report on the progress of client onboardingIdentify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements**Requirements**:- Prior experience in client onboarding or customer support- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Experience with CRM systems is a plus- If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.**Benefits**100% RemoteTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
