This role is perfect for individuals who want to advance their career in IT services and work with customers to implement monitoring tools.This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn and grow with us, working on various projects that require gathering requirements, building custom scripts, and analyzing customer needs.Gathering requirements from customers for monitoring implementationBuilding custom scripts to meet customer needsImplementing Out of the Box features from monitoring toolsAnalyzing customer needs and implementing solutions based on company standardsHands-on experience with monitoring tools managementHands-on scripting experienceTo succeed in this role, you should have strong English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and organization skills.
