**/Principais atividades**:
- Atuar na evolução e manutenção do Plano de Cargos e Salários, conduzindo atualização das descrições de cargos, tabelas salariais, mapa de carreira e políticas;
- Preparar e conduzir o ciclo de avaliação de competências, acompanhando a evolução, apoiando e assistindo os colaboradores durante o processo;
- Acompanhamento mensal com colaboradores;
- Elaborar e atuar em melhorias dos processos de internos de Pessoas e Cultura, com foco em ganho de agilidade e eficiência;
- Executar projetos da área de Pessoas e Cultura com foco em melhoria continua da experiência do colaborador em todos os pontos da jornada.
**/O que você precisa ter**:
- Graduação completa em Engenharia de Produção ou Administração;
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel;
- Ser orientado por dados e resultados.

- Conhecimento em PowerBI.
- Elaboração de indicadores;
- Análise de Dados;
