Join to apply for the Data Project Manager – Data Platform Team (Brazil) role at TK Elevator.About The RoleWe are looking for a Data Project Manager to join our global Data Platform team in Brazil.In this role, you will help coordinate the onboarding of new data sources into our Common Data Platform (CDP) and support the delivery of critical data initiatives.You will serve as a bridge between source system owners, IT, Field, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and progress tracking.The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and agile delivery support (Scrum Master responsibilities) to help accelerate our transformation into a data- and AI-driven organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with source system owners, IT global, IT source systems, Field, and other functions to plan and execute onboarding of new data sources into the CDP.Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders, management, and steering committees.Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks; ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.Act as Scrum Master for daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies within the Data Platform team, fostering agile and transparent delivery.Maintain and improve project documentation, delivery roadmaps, and dashboards (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerPoint).Facilitate collaboration across Data Engineering, DataOps, Data Value Realization, IT, and business teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.Monitor and report on KPIs (quality, timeliness, adoption, and value delivered) for data source onboarding.Support continuous improvement of delivery practices, processes, and governance for the Data Platform team.Assist with change management and stakeholder alignment, ensuring adoption of new data capabilities across countries and functions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within IT, Data, or Digital transformation projects.Familiarity with data platforms, data pipelines, or cloud environments (Azure, Databricks, Data Lake) is a plus.Experience working in agile environments as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Product Owner.Strong skills in stakeholder communication, presentation, and reporting.Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project).Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).Spanish is a plus.BenefitsHealth careDental careBonusPrivate pensionProgram for pregnant womenSocial support programLife insuranceTelemedicineTelenutritionTelepsychologyRestaurantTransportationCompanyPeople are at the heart of everything we do at TK Elevator: we work as a team, we care about the safety of others and we share a common vision to keep the world moving.This is your opportunity to go further and impact the future of urban mobility.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing, Facilities Services, and Construction#J-*****-Ljbffr
