About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead our SOC 2 compliance efforts.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end compliance processes, including scoping, evidence collection, control implementation, and audit preparation.This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex compliance initiatives.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into our SaaS product development and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage SOC 2 compliance management processes from start to finishImplement and oversee continuous monitoring processes to ensure ongoing adherence to SOC 2 requirementsLeverage automation tools to streamline compliance workflows and monitor controlsCollaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient SOC 2 auditsDevelop and maintain security and compliance policies, procedures, and documentationAssess and monitor third-party vendors to ensure compliance with security standardsConduct training sessions for employees on SOC 2 compliance requirements and best practicesRequirements3+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or risk management, with a focus on SOC 2 compliance in a SaaS environmentHands-on experience with compliance automation platforms, preferably VantaExcellent English communication skills and strong project management abilitiesFamiliarity with compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO *****, HIPAA, GDPR, or NIST CSFBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic and supportive work environmentAbout UsWe are a leading provider of outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer high-quality talent who enjoy taking on challenging work and want to grow their skills and experiences building software.What We Offer15 days paid time off, one floating day, three sick days, and designated national holidaysStart date: ASAP),
