Full-time / Remote (LATAM)Creative StrategistLilo Social is hiring a full-time creative strategist to help lead creative direction for paid social ad placements, emails, and landing pages.The PositionThe main focus of this role is to lead creative direction, outline storyboards, and write messaging for paid social and other digital ad placements.
In this role, you'll be a part of a fast-growing team and help scale some of the most promising direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, how to structure a customer journey from awareness to purchase, and is looking to own responsibility for creative performance across clients that range from early-stage startups to growing brands.Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients.
You will be expected to manage needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale through creative.
You will use your experience to make decisions and make choices of risks worth testing in order to drive growth.
You will be in charge of driving constant team and client communication to make sure that the account has a sense of urgency to find creative winners and scale budgets whenever possible.Required SkillsThe ideal candidate will have direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience and eCommerce experiencePaid social experience (specifically Facebook/Meta ads)Deep understanding of a customer sales journey and how it relates to storytellingExperience working with design teams from brief through creative executionData oriented thinking to understand how certain metrics impact performance and how to act upon data when things are and are not workingAttention to detail to provide thorough briefs and rigid approval process before client reviewsDeep understanding of a customer sales journey and how it relates to storytellingExpert copywriting skills to deepen brand stories and creativesExperience with tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads/Analytics Suite, Figma, Motion, Slack/Asana/Notion (or project management tools), and Shopify is a bonusClient facing experience is an added bonusResponsibilitiesHandle brand research and data mining to understand value propositions, customer reviews, and market opportunities.Ideate hypothesis and manage testing roadmaps to drive a structured creative testing processGathering inspiration and competitor building competitor boardsCreate informed briefs for the internal design team to execute on performance driven creative for paid social advertisingBuild shot lists and decks for UGC content shootsFind and manage content creator relationshipsLead copy across paid ads for in ad and headline copyAssist with landing pages and email copy, outlines, and optimizations to improve conversion ratesTracking performance metrics and key KPIs of each creative to understand what is working, improve, and report back to internal and external partiesCompany OverviewLilo Social is a growth marketing agency focused on full-funnel marketing delivering best-in-class paid media and creative services for a wide range of eCommerce brands focused on scaling.
