The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Life telesales.The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to the following key outputs:Communication to members telephonically via fax and emailAttending to general administrationAchieve quality targetAdhering to service level agreementsPersonal attributes and skillsThe successful individual will be required to demonstrate the following competencies:Goal orientatedSelf motivatedAbility to perform under pressureAdapt to changePersuasivenessSound Time ManagementAttention to detailAbility to learn quickly and apply knowledgeSpeak fluently (accent neutral) English/AfrikaansQualification & ExperienceAt least 1year sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environmentMinimum 1 year Life product knowledge, Discovery Life Knowledge is an advantagePC literacy, email, word, excelTertiary qualification an advantageNQF5 and RE5 qualificationEMPLOYMENT EQUITYThe Company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
