Talent Operations ExpertThis is a challenging role that involves managing talent through the entire process, ensuring seamless execution and efficient communication.You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.Operational Management: Oversee all operational steps involved in the talent process, including candidate selection, interview coordination, and onboarding.Communication: Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs to stakeholders while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.Process Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.Candidate Experience: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining productivity under high-volume conditions.Documentation: Maintain structured spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years in Operations within a digital business, Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced environment.Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, ability to manage databases and process them into reports and insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Organization & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.BenefitsCollaborative Culture: Work in a super collaborative and supportive environment.Competitive Compensation:Flexible Working Hours:We value client satisfaction above all else, we move quickly, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfection
