We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our U.S. client operations team.Our client delivers cutting-edge ERP software solutions to the energy industry, enhancing business performance and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Level 1 software support experience and be able to deliver top-notch customer support for industry-leading software products.Triage reported end-user customer incidentsWork on technical issues and collaborate with clients to resolve them efficientlyHelp secure existing revenue by means of customer retentionManage incident queues and utilize troubleshooting skillsDrive escalations to resolution and foster cross-application knowledge among core application modulesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Excellent English verbal and written communication skills1-3 years of Level 1 software support experienceBasic computer skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently or as part of a dynamic teamSelf-motivated and resourcefulDependable and able to prioritize concurrent tasksBenefits:15 days Paid Time Off (PTO) and three sick days per yearOpportunity to grow professionally and develop new skillsA supportive and collaborative work environmentAbout Us:We are a leading provider of outsourced development resources to North American companies.
