Business Systems AnalystThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our innovative and dynamic team.As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the success of a Pay-Per-Use program by identifying, triaging, and resolving data and process discrepancies tied to financial operations.Triage and resolve data issues within the Pay-Per-Use program by identifying root causes and directing them to the appropriate teams.Maintain and manage the team's Jira board, including issue tracking, documentation, and validation of outcomes.Troubleshoot and update Tableau reports ****** dashboards), ensuring accuracy and relevance of the displayed data.Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate fixes, and extract data as needed.Collaborate closely with internal finance, technical, and business stakeholders to support billing and revenue-related processes.Contribute to chatbot proof-of-concept development by providing data insights and supporting testing activities.The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role.They are proficient in writing SQL queries for data investigation and analysis, and have hands-on experience modifying and troubleshooting Tableau dashboards and working with backend data sources.Additionally, they are skilled in managing issues in Jira and working across business and technical teams, and have ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
