As a Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be part of the Partnership Team, part of our Commercial area.
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with existent partners and potential partners, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our customers.
Responsibilities
Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives
Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI
Negotiate and coordinate partner events to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities for the commercial team
Support commercial teams by escalating merchants' requests and issues with partners to ensure swift resolution
Attend industry lunches, dinners, and events to represent Yuno and generate business opportunities for the commercial team
Qualifications
Fluent in English, advanced Spanish is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Experience with Card Schemes or Payment Networks
Skilled in negotiating with Financial Institutions, Fintechs, or Payment Providers for payment services
Expertise in LATAM and NAMER payment acceptance and e-commerce strategies
Proven ability to manage partnerships, performance, and executive escalations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with strategic and creative problem-solving skills for business growth
