Job Title: Sr.Service Deployment Program Manager (2 openings) - Contractor Location: Remote (occasional travel to client sites; expenses covered)About the RoleWe are supporting one of our clients in the search for an experienced Service Deployment Program Manager to lead the implementation of complex technology platforms in on-premises environments.This professional will oversee all phases of service delivery — from planning and coordination to testing and deployment — ensuring successful integration and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Deployment Projects: Manage end-to-end platform deployments in on-premises environments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Service Delivery Management: Oversee all aspects of service delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements and best practices.RACI Development: Define roles and responsibilities across stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project.Network Design & Documentation: Create detailed network diagrams and ensure compliance with security standards.Testing & Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering performance, functionality, and security.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and technical teams, maintaining transparent communication and progress tracking.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and ensure smooth execution of deployments.Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain detailed documentation and propose process enhancements for future projects.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).Experience: 10+ years of experience in project/program management focused on on-premises platform deployments .Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of network architecture, integrations (API, DevOps) , and platform deployment models .Hands-on experience creating RACIs, test plans , and managing complex delivery timelines.Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.Certifications: PMP or similar certification highly desirable.Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and focused on delivery excellence.
