Você é um profissionalCriativo, você sabe como surpreender nossos clientes com suas ideias e criar momentos memoráveisAtencioso, você oferece a todos um serviço personalizado, feito sob medidaOrganizado, você estrutura e gerencia suas tarefas até os mínimos detalhesSociável e sorridente, sua boa vontade oferece aos nossos clientes um verdadeiro momento de convívio.Você deveráReceber os grupos, informá-los sobre os eventos internos e externos do Resort e oferecer-lhes serviços adicionaisElaborar o programa e os detalhes dos serviços de acordo com os desejos do clienteReceber os tomadores de decisão durante as visitas de reconhecimento e elaborar um relatório detalhado para os escritórios de vendasPreparar documentos de apoio: palavras de boas-vindas, pôsteres para salas de reunião, reservas em restaurantes etc.Garantir que todas as alterações no serviço (duração da estadia, mudança de meio de transporte etc.) sejam atualizadas eletronicamenteGarantir que as operações ocorram sem problemas e que as contas sejam regularizadasTrabalhar em colaboração com os outros departamentos do Resort (cozinha, bar, restaurante, esportes, eventos, etc.)Garantir a conformidade com as regras de saúde e segurança do Club Med e a manutenção da propriedade.Ao se tornar um G.O. de Reuniões e Eventos, você poderá se beneficiar da infraestrutura e das atividades oferecidas pelo Club Med.
