Job Title: Customer Success ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer success manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Meta Ads Management: Check client Meta Ads daily and input performance data to ensure accurate tracking and optimization.Campaign Setup and Launch: Set up and launch new campaigns, ad sets, and ads, using best practices to maximize ROI.Client Reporting: Create simple yet effective client reports twice a month, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.Communication: Maintain regular communication with our editors, VA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and deliverables.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:Experience with Meta Ads: A minimum of (insert number) years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns is required.Agency Experience: Previous agency experience is preferred, but not required.CRM Tools: Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools is necessary for effective campaign management.Bonus Skill: Automation experience using Zapier, Notion, Sheets, etc. is desirable, but not mandatory.Communication Skills: A detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive communicator is essential for this role.Benefits:This part-time position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of approximately R$2,300 - R$4,200 per month, which translates to an annual salary of R$278,400 - R$505,600 based on a 40-hour workweek.Given local labor laws, we assume a monthly salary of R$2,300 to ensure compliance.
